TG forum and captioning site Rachel's Haven has launched its own online magazine in an effort to cover server costs.The magazine is called The Haven Quarterly and is yours for a USD 10 donation.
By the way, Haven is a great place if you want to try out your captioning skills without going to the step of setting up your own blog.
